Philip Mateum

With nearly 20 years experience in the architecture industry, Philip developed in-depth skills in planning, designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors.

 

He graduated B.S. Architecture, from the University  of Philippines, Diliman and obtained his professional Architect license in 2007.

In Manila, he worked in Design Coordinates Inc. as a Construction Project Architect. His key projects include premium high-rise residential condominiums in Makati and in Mandaluyong built by the country's leading developers.

 

He further developed his career in Singapore for 10 years. He worked in the multi-awarded architecture firm,  MKPL Architects Singapore. His key projects include high-rise condominiums, high-end private residences, and integrated developments (public housing, food centre, food interchange, and public park).

When he returned to the Philippines, he focused on  high-end residential  and institutional architecture.
